Family Of Detained Chartered Accountant, Tina Ayinnuola Sends SOS To Judiciary, Ministry Of Justice
The family of Erhievuyere has call on the judiciary and the Nigerian police to come to their aids over the injustice melted on members of their family
The family claims that Mr Peter lolo instigated the arrest of Mrs. Omafume Tina Ayinnuola alongside her Mother Mother Lydia Abosede Erhievuyere over alleged theft of the sum of 1 billion Seventy-two Million, Two hundred and Fifty-Four Thousand Naira (1,072,254,411) and 975,102.58 from his company.
Mrs Omafume joined RSL international, a part of the Pinepetosan group of companies in 2015 under the leadership of Tosan Alimi who was the Md and also the group deputy managing director of the group of companies. She was also reporting to Patience Carew who was the Group Financial Director and MD of Resolution Finance Limited at the time.
In the year 2020, Omafume got promoted to the position of managing director. This position made her work closely with the CEO of the group of companies: Mr Peter Ukuoritsemofe Ololo, who began to see a possible partnership that goes beyond business between him and Omafume, who was a single mother. An amorous relationship started between the two.
According to Mr. Erhievuyere-Dominic Oghenetega Peter the relationship between the two went soar when Mr Ololo accused her of cheating and mandated her to resign. She resigned but implored him to investigate.
After a thorough investigation and nothing was found he approached her to withdraw the resignation but she refused. And every effort by the family and the pastor from his church to reunite them prove abortive Mr. Lolo begin to maltreat her.
Omafume was arrested by the Interpol and all her bank accounts with those of her children, Mother were frozen and her asset was forcefully seized. She is still in their custody till today.
This detention prevented her from further appearance in court and follow up on the Human Right case while unknown to her, her Lawyer also did never show up in court thereafter, prompting the Judge to dismiss the case.
Mr. Erhievuyer however calls upon the authorities to conduct a thorough and impartial investigation into these false accusations and the good citizen of Nigeria to stand with their family as they fight for their dignity and bring those who have abused their power to justice.
