NLC has shunned meeting with President Tinubu’s Government, begins a two-day warning strike.
LagosTimes Nigeria reports that the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) has shunned the reconciliatory meeting called by the Federal Government.
This online news platform understands that the last-minute reconciliatory meeting was convened by the Minister of Labour and Employment, Simon Lalong.
The purpose of the meeting was to avert the two-day warning strike.
However, the Festus Osifo-led Trade Union Congress (TUC) was said to have shown up for the meeting.
