The Brodas across Nigeria Beta Galleon, Ogun chapter has celebrated its annual dinner party and novelty football match tagged ‘Premiere Convaj’.

The event which took place on Saturday March 19th, 2022 at Equity Hotel, Ijebu Ode, Ogun State was organised by members and invited dignitaries to celebrate peace, love, unity and posterity among themselves.

The event was divided into two parts, the General Manager Novelty march and dinner party.

The football team was divided into eight groups which Includes Belarus, Belize, Coral, Caribbean, Ceuta, Sam Marino, Nicosia and Mallorca.

The Coral team came third, Sam Marino second and the Nicosia team took home the winning cup.

The best player Award was presented to Mr. Alade Otutuloro  and the highest goal scorer to Mr. Olatunbosun Olaitan.

The night was filled with glitz and glamour as Prolifix musical band and DJ AK treated members and invited guests to melodious songs.

The Galleon Master Brodas Across Nigeria Ogun state chapter, Mr. Kehinde Banjo expressed his happiness over the success of the event and showed his appreciation to executive members, the organizing committee for their support, hardwork and dedication toward making the day a reality. He also thanked all the members for the show of love and commitment towards the overall growth of the association.

He used the occasion to reiterate his total commitment to working harder in order to move the association to a grater heights.

Mr. Biyi Adeleke, one of the elders of the association and the novelty match Commissioner described the event’s activities as a fantastic and encouraged them not relent in their good deeds.

The Financial secretary and member of the organizing committee, Mr Abdulazez Ogunsola, explained that the event is the maiden edition and was organised to bring the brodas together to have fun. He however promised to put in more efforts to make next year Convaj bigger and better.
